Chocolate and Coconut Energy Balls



Easy to make, taste delicious, the perfect grab and go healthy snack and the answer to those mid afternoon sweet cravings !!


Ingredients:


  • 300g dates

  • 100g whole almonds

  • 2 tbsp cacao powder

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 2 tbsp flaxseeds

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil



Method:


  1. Put all ingredients in a processor and blend until smooth.

  2. Can add a bit of water to get the right consistency.

  3. Roll into balls and roll in desiccated coconut.

  4. Put in fridge for 30 mins.

  5. Can keep in fridge for up to a week
