Easy to make, taste delicious, the perfect grab and go healthy snack and the answer to those mid afternoon sweet cravings !!
100g whole almonds
2 tbsp cacao powder
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp flaxseeds
2 tbsp coconut oil
Put all ingredients in a processor and blend until smooth.
Can add a bit of water to get the right consistency.
Roll into balls and roll in desiccated coconut.
Put in fridge for 30 mins.
Can keep in fridge for up to a week
